In this episode, we discuss the topic of binging, overeating, and splurging and what we mean by these terms. Binging is an often misused term when talking about eating a high volume of food. It's important to understand there is a significant difference between what we classify as a "binge" episode vs. simply overeating. While there may not be much difference physiologically, it's the emotional and psychological ramifications that are the greatest difference.
